transfering downloaded game to harddrive

Have just completed downloading a Warhammer game onto my computer. Have checked and all patches are complete. Lap top is brand new and plenty of space in it. Cannot now sem to transfer it onto my hard-drive to play it? Folder has been created and no virus blocks are on. Help anyone
