Lowering Ping
Hi, im new to online gaming and have very little experience in it, although i do have a couple of years experience in pc support.
My problem is that my ping to a server (counter strike) somewhere in the states in going at 233ms-310ms. Its more or less the same to all servers and most servers require a ping of 90ms or less. Whats the best way to lower my ping without doing major hardware changes. * Currently using 512kb/s wifi internet * basic p4 system (2.66Ghz, 512mb ram and onboard intel graphics.) this is my current speeds
