My NAT will NOT open :-(

I have tried everything! Every possible guide I could find will not work. I have a linksys wrt160n wired to my xbox. If anyone has anything else I can try, please let me know. I've tried DMZ, port forwarding and uPnP. I tried them by there selves and mixing them up. Nothing worked. When I go straight into my modem the NAT opens up. When I plug back into the router it goes to strict.

turn off UPnP its a worthless feature and makes your router susecptible to attacks.

its not your linksys but a lot of them work the same way (same kind of software on all linksys's)

My router doesn't have and I 've never ever had a problem with forwarding any game or a game not working over the internet
