Warhammer Online with 128mb Vid Card

I am playing Warhammer Online and all my specs except my vid card are above minimum requirements. I have 3 gigs of ram a dual core 2.8 ghz processor, and plenty of harddrive space. My Vid card is an ati x300 wich is one of the supported cards, and everything is set on the lowerst setting in teh game. Not sure if I have the lowest settings in ccc but I believe I do. I am still only getting around between 3 and five frames per second at best. I have all the latest drivers on my card and DirectX 10 installed. Is there anything I can do to increase the fps or am I just going to have to bite the bullet and get a new vid card. Thanks for any help.

heh i have 2 seperate accounts and i use to use an old dell with a single core 2.66ghz cpu 2gigs of ram and a geforce 6200 pci and got 20 fps idle open rvr around 2-15 and in instances 50-75 with everything on low. but there is a problem with war and videocards try reinstalling your drivers. anyway m8 hope you get your vid card issues squard away
