Cant connect to online games.

Hi, I´ll post a video, so you guys can see how it looks like. But
here´s the thing. I actually can, connect to.. Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne

But games, I download which is online, and free to play, somehow freezes, OR just give me the simple window where it says,

''Cant connect to the server, please exit.''

Here´s what I´ve tried..

Downloading & Installing
DirectX 9.0C

Downloading & Reinstalling
Wolfteam, Rakion, Combat Arms

Downloaded & Installed
Netframework 3.5

Downloaded & Installed
Adobe Master Collection

Also reinstalled
Windows XP, still doesn't work.

I´ve done all those stuffs.. But still, it doesn´t work..
And I use,

NETGEAR Router model WGR614 v6.

My PC´s name is, Dimensional E520

Graphic card: ATI X1300 Pro video card

Processor: Core 2 Duo E6400 processor

RAM: 2GB of 533MHz RAM

Hm.. Could it be my computer, or could it be, the router..?
I´ve checked the router, every settings seems fine actually.

I´ve worked on this problem for about.. Months.. And I finally come to check if some people maybe have the same problem, or know how to solve it.

I have, port forwarding the specify ports that is needed to play, Wolfteam, Combat Arms, And Rakion (Which is the same as Wolfteam)

And I´ve turned off, the Firewall, And my anti-virus ( Which shouldn´t have anything to do with internet..)
