Cant Connect to Game Servers
I'm unsure if this goes in the XP/Network/or Games forums, sorry in advance if this is incorrectly posted.
Problem: My internet connection will not connect to any game servers. I have tested this on Soldat, WC3 TFT, Pirates CSG, and a LAN for Worms. At first I thought it was a firewall problem but I'm not running the built in firewall for windows XP and I have no non-Microsoft services running. I have no anti-virus software running or installed. I'm the DMZ on my router. I tried reinstalling my network device drivers to no avail. I have tested this on wireless, on a cord both directly to the modem and to a router. I can ping/view people over a lan but I cannot see their games or connect directly via ip. Any help is appreciated. |
