CS error

I've been having this problem over months now, and I finally want to play CS again. Everything works fine, such as logging on steam and going on counterstrike. But when I click to join a server, it stops at 3 bars saying "Establishing connection to server" (something like that) and freezes. Any solutions please?

I got that same problem too. You buy it from Steam?
