PS3 Internet Problems

I have a Playstation 3 and a 2Wire Wirless Modem. I have been playing online for about 4 months now and I would have to say about 75% of my games are interupted because of my internet connection. I have Qwest DSL and my computer works just fine but my onlime gaming with the PS3 is just a headache. I have been told that my NAT Type needs to be at 5 as it is currently at a Type 2. I also have been unable to get the UPnP to read as Enabled, it is currenlty shwoing as Not Available. IN going thru the different ways of setting the connection up it never gives me a choice to change the NAT type. My INternet connection is always reading 3 green bars for good when other online opponents are playing me but it just disconnects all the time. I have seriously had it and QWest tech support doesnt appear to now what they are doing. Can anybody help.

well i had a problem with gta4 online and i am currently having problems with haze online. but sometimes dsl crashes. can u connect to the ps3 network. if yes then theres something wrong with ur games. if no then its a problem with ur connection.
