My friend has been IP-banned at War3

Why has he been banned? Anyone knows?

And how can he get the ban removed so we can play again?

He'll have to contact Blizzard Support to find out why he was banned and ask for his account to be reinstated.

I know how to get unbanned from a IP Ban, but im not gonna post beause ill probely get banned for telling.
