Can anyone Unpack a file call Rez?? If yes please help me i have a sample here. Please and thank you if you help (if who help i'll rep+ him) Please.

EDIT: RAR file removed. No way of knowing its source or if it's safe.

I dont get it? What is it for.. Also the rar only contains a dat file called gvi.dat.
Please clarify.
