Teamspeak

Hello guys im not sure if i am posting this in right place but i really need this problem sorted for my teammates.
Okay i downloaded a teamspeak server from the teamspeak's own site and basically done what it said.There is 2 ip's given and i think it automatically went with my actual ip and only me and my room mate can get onto the server instead of everyone.The problem is basically its stuck on my ip i think just for me and my room mate when i want to open to everyone but i cant find out how to do it and i have asked people to join and it has came up saying for them error maybe server offline or its not reading from it or teamspeak aint running on it if u can please help either reply to this or add me on xfire as madbobby1 or on msn as bobbyporte@hotmail.co.uk

The clan im in uses it, but im not the one that handles it. I can see what he says and come back. But its your english server, correct.

Do you have a router?
The IP you gave them is your Network IP..
You have to share the other IP.
