please help with my moparscape silab

my moparscape silab does not work, when i log on a username with it a black screen appears where my character is suppose to be and in that black space there are words saying loading-please wait. and i cannot click on the inventory option or friends list option because it freezes, and it just stays like that for ever.

uhhh it might be that you dont have latest java. ive seen many people with probloms like that try updating/re installing java. or just play runescape better = )
