Problem with NAT - its on strict! how can it be made open??? XBOX LIVE

Ok, i run xbox live through a laptop. I have connected the xbox to the laptop with a ethernet cable and the xbox uses the laptops internet. The laptop gets its internet wirelessly from a wireless router which takes a hard line internet and transmits it wirelessly. I don't know how much of this you need but:
The router is called a Thomson SpeedTouch 576
SSID: SpeedTouch A6D80
WEP (hex) + WPA PSK: C0F36A2F1B
Address Type: Assigned by DHCP
IP Address: 192.168.1.64
Default Gateway: 192.168.1.254
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Whenever I try and play a Halo 3 game is says "WARNING: Your NAT is strict". If anyone could help me make it Open i would be hugely greatful. Thank You
Theo
