cant play any online games

OK im not sure if this is the right place to post this or isit even OK to post this but i'm desperate.

OK I'm staying in a student's flat and it seems like the internet service provider here has blocked all online games like WOW and even FACEBOOK POKER. Not only that, they blocked all skype and webcams whatever unless we pay 7 pounds a WEEK. which is a sum im not willing to pay. Is there anyway i can still play online games without paying the additional charges?
