Lord Of The Rings Online Hitching

Hi guys

I recently got LOTRO for my new PC but while im playing it the game seems to hitch randomly, usually when im outdoors. It basically freezes for about a second then goes back to normal, and stutters, kinda does it worse in crowded areas.

My system spec is as follows:

Intel P4 QX9650 3ghz
Asus maximus extreme x38 motherboard
2GB Corsair DDR3 1333 RAM
MSI ATI Radeon HD3870x2 Graphics card
1000W Coolermaster M1000 PSU (Modular)
Coolermaster stacker 830 case
3 Seagate 320GB Hard drives
LG Dual layer DVD Writer
Floppy drive
24inch Acer TFT Monitor
Creative Itrigue cant remember model number 2.1 speakers
vista 32bit

I have tried reinstalling the game, downloading the windows multi GPU fixes and updating the graphics drivers to catalyst 8.3 and its still doing it

Also tried turning the settings down to default and it still hitches. All my other online games games run fine (wow and eq2) and all my offline games are fine, its just this one that hitches.

Id appreciate any help with this, thanks guys
