Cry My Games Are Slightly Choppy, Help:(

Hi, New to this forum :0 and i gots a problem. Here are my specs:

Ur Gna Laugh!

Pentium 4
1.8 Ghz
256mb ram

and im not sure my Graphix card thing, im sure its Nvidia Gefore 2 mx/mx

Yes i know my computer is crap buts its the only one i can afford xD anway
I pllay an online game called Herrcot (in german but it p00ns) and its Laggy, but it normaly isnt :S But it isnt too laggy but i keep gettin Random crashes for about 20 to 30 seconds which usually gets me killed. and heres the most annoying thing (this will be hard to explain) The animation runs smooth exept fromone thing, it will be smoth for 1 second then stop for about a couple of miliseconds, which dnt seem to bad but when ur runnin and u keep stoppin for a short time every second, it gets rally annoying, please can sum1 tell me how to get it running smooth, o yeh btw i have the right specs to play the game. And one more thing, I know ALOT about computers, but not this section so pleaee sdont talk abouit things tht ill have no idea what they are xD thanks :D please reply fast -)

dnt say nuthin about voltage :S CPU usage is 100.00%

Idk lol, the side is kind of "broken" and i spose dust could get in, but i dnt wsanna clean it because i hear if u touch certain parts it can destroy my pc? :S and erm i just looked, yeh alot of dust, but how cud tht make my Game slow? btw i exited the game niw and its 36C :S:S!

Thats only the hard drive which is actually alittle hot temp for one, with more heat the cpu will start to throtal and slow down (sorry about my spelling) dust acts as insulation for heat, all you have to do is ground yourself before touching things in your pc, clean the dust out with canned air while the pc is off.

Wow thanks man, uv helped alot =) But how do i ground myself :S and dno where i can buy canned air lol, but ill find stuff, wait, can i clean it with cotton buds?
Thankk man,, uve healped a bundle and btw.. u must be vry good with comps (i think ur in tht tech team?) and well computers are what i want to do as a career path (im 15) Do u know any good E-books? thanks=D

Ironically i to am 15, you ground your self by touching the metal on the case, and they should sell "canned" air at a local computer shop or at officemax, ace hardware....many places. We have alot of great computer information here on the site. Just look under the section you want to learn about and the should be a "sticky" thread with useful information.

For some reason the others don't like that (i still use them, if they are for your ears? Only clean heatsinks and fans with these though, you can use a cloth for the bottem of the case and top of hard drive(metal part)

I think an air compresser will work to (held pretty far away), i have to go fix my friends computer lol.... so ill be back eventually ill ask someone to step in for me.

Hmm, dno how to edit the post so im gna need to make a new one, not sure of thts aloud though, sorry if it isnt. Anyway, i dun what u said and WOW 28C !! From 37C Seems good to me, ill let the experts say though =) Although the animation is still choppy, it isnt as bad xD thanks :0 i owe ye :)

thanks, will do, thing is aint my comp, my sisters and shes like "u aint touching my comp" but i convinced her xD and Im updating to 500, then saving up for 1gig
