COD4 Missingfile

When i try to start COD4 this messege always pops up and i the game won`t start.
ERROR: Could not find zone 'c:\program\steam\steamapps\common\call of duty 4\zone\english\code_post_gfx.ff'

I bought it fair and it makes me pissed when i can`t play it, does anyone know why that file is missing ?

Hi Chasama, welcome to TSF.

Setting Steam to English seems to fix the problem.
