CnC Generals Zero Hour Joining Problem

I dont know if this problem causes allot of people trouble but i'm just going to tell u about my problem.

I login everythings fine go to custom match .... fine join a game sure click on ready ok Connecting with people all connected Joining the game........ ok wtf happens.... Only my bar loads and the other peoples bars dont load... YES I have turned of firewall.. NO No problems with my routers
YES Tryed reinstalling it YES Tryed making a new account YES Tryed reinstalling my computer ....

I run on windows vista home premium... I think its just a vista problem but im not sure because my friend runs on the same computer and can play online and if it was a vista problem why can i connect to generals?

I need help with this because i miss playing generals ...

well good i'm not the only one have this problem.i have been tring to fix it for about 2 weeks. if u get your prob fixed let me know how to fix mine.i have the same issues.i have os and everthing and for me either. good luck

We really need to get this fixed. I want to play online... all my friends are playing it and im only listening on teamspeak how many fun theire having..
