Rappelz file create error

this error keeps on popping up

any idea what i do?

What file are you downloading? The filename looks corrupted.

How much free hard drive space is left?

im using an external hard drive and it still has 100GB left
its for Rappelz

Do you only get the error when downloading this particular file? Is it a patch, a mod, a video, etc?

Try saving it to your internal hard drive if that's where the game folder is.

The game folder is in the external hardrive
I've downloaded it and this is where im supposed to open up the link from my desktop, update, then close it and do it again until I can actually start playing the game.
