Disconnecting Issue

well I recently got a new computer and I have installed C&C tiberium Kanes wrath and crysis.

I get disconnected frequently from kanes wrath online if I do not join a room immeaditly and I got disconnected once from a game, which I did not find that big of deal becuase I was in a few games one lasting an hour and had no problems.

the problem with the disconnecting is that it will lock my game up for 2 min before I can relog in.

also crysis I keep getting disconnected mid game after 20 or more minuets and some times I can stay for 3 or more hours with out problems.

but I do not lose connection on any other programes such as team speak msn etc...

and my other games work fine.

I am using XP-64 and I am using the 64-bit launcher for crysis and some one told me to set up DMZ for my router which has not changed anything that I noticed.

these are just really annoying problems especially for crysis since I will finally get enough prestige and the power reached 100 and I will be making my way to the prototype factory and I get disconnected it feels like the game does not want me to get the prototypes and I can rejoin after I get disconnected but I start will begining points and not the ones I gained over the past hour.
