Gunz Ping Issues

So heres whats up... I have Iprovo which is a local internet. Considering its only a local internet it runs much faster then comcast or any other of those high speed internets. It runs almost x3 to x4 faster then any broadband connection.

Recently i was playing gunz and people within the united states would have 40 ish ping give or take. People outside 100 ish give or take.

I reformatted my computer due to its oldness and just wanted a fresh whipe. Well, i went to re install gunz. Loaded up got on and went into a game.

Basically the main problem is if there is a game with 1 person, itll be 100 ping no matter the location. If it is a game with 2 people around 300 ping. 3 people 500 ping. But as soon as it hits 4 people im at 4k ping and rising. I AE and just spike like no other... I SERIOUSLY dont understand what is going on. I dont understand if its my connection or something to do with my graphics. I'd really like some help though.

Hi Stern, Welcome to TSF.

Have you made sure your Anti-Virus and/or firewall isn't blocking it?

I've turned of windows firewall.. and my Mcafee guardian firewall thing, i always disable before i get on.
