NTDLL.DLL crashes ArmA in multiplayer

My ArmA-install suffers from consistent freezes (stops responding completely, and I have to manually restart the system). It happens without exception whenever I try to leave the MP lobby, and I've identified NTDLL.DLL as the culprit.

I'm at a loss, and I can't just delete that file. I've tried 1.08 and 1.12 versions of ArmA, no mods. My OS is Vista Home 32bit and I'm posting my Arma.rpt below.

I hope this is in the right forums? Any help appreciated. Let me know if more info is needed!
