xbox live dissconections
Hi I recently got xbox live, and i've had it for about 2 in a half weeks, and it sometimes lets me play some matches for a while, and then randomly it will say disconnected from xbox live on the bottom. Then I have to de this xbox live connection test which only sometimes helps. What do I need to do so it works all the time? Thanks

What kind of Internet connection do you have (DSL, Cable)? Are there other PCs/Internet devices connected to a router on your Internet connection. What make/model of router do you have on your broadband connection? Does your XBOX have a wired or wireless connection? There are many things that can cause disconnects from Xbox Live! The problem may be with traffic on your local network, too much traffic on your ISP connection or too many users on the XBox Live! servers. More information might give me a better idea as to what's going wrong with your Live! connection. - John |
