Simple F.E.A.R. Hook not opening.

So before I got my new computer, I could open up FEAR Combat and activate the cheat program "Simple F.E.A.R. Hook" without any problem (I know I know, cheating isn't good

), but with my new computer, when I double-click on the program, Simple F.E.A.R. Hook doesn't do anything. It's suppose to show a message saying it works and that you should donate/support the person who made it, but it doesn't even show that. Nor will it work in the game.

Someone want to help me please? Thanks.

P.S. You can download the Simple F.E.A.R. Hook at www.agerage.net and look up FEAR hacks. Version 1.3.

Also, Simple F.E.A.R. Hook is not a CD hack. It is just a radar and aimbot hack, so there's no illegal activities going on here.
