Tabula Rasa Installation Problems

as the title says i am having installation problems with tabula rasa. everything was running smooth when i installed it the first time. when i did the play NC patcher it loaded up and then i hit play. after that a loading bar came up loaded and a user agreement document came up. i of course agreed and then after that nothing happened. after trying other ways to try to start the game, i uninstalled it then re installed it and half way it started having error saying certain files are missing. i am using the disc. i tried using a client download but it took to long. if there is anyone who can tell me of a different way to load the game to play it please tell me.

p.s. my computer meets the requirement for the game and it should work for it anyway since i play final fantasy 11 before i wanted to try tabula rasa.
