Xbox 360 online gaming

I am just moving into a new house and wanting to hear peoples thoughts on going with Verizon Fios or Comcast as an internet provider and do you think the 15mbps is needed vs. the 5mbps service?

i have a 1.5 mb connection and i have green ping in all my 360 games, 15 i think may be overkill but i hear fios is awsome
