How come i cant play maple sotry and cant play online games??

my computer is a window pc proffeisoin..and is it becuse of that or something else cuz i cant play any download games????????

Hi, welcome to TSF

What version of Windows are you using? (98, 2000, XP, Vista)

What error messages do you get when the games won't run?

Do you have any problems getting onto the internet through your browser? Are you connected via a router?

Do you have the Java plugin installed for your browser? And are javascripts and cookies enabled in your browser?

If you have a firewall installed, does it ask for permission to allow the games to connect?
