RAM upgrade resulting in crashing Maple Story
I recently had my RAM upgraded from 512MB to 2GB and Maple Story stopped working after that. I tried searching on the site (www.nexon.com / www.mapleglobal.com) for possible solutions for this problem but I couldn't find anything.
Brief description about Maple Story. 2D online MMORPG made by Nexon. Originally from Korea, then to other countries in Asia and now in North America and a server just started in Europe. Initially I found it rather ironic how most people upgrade their computers to play games but when I upgraded mine, it turned out that I can't play my game anymore. Has anyone ever had this problem before or can anyone help me solve it? Thanks in advance for all help possible. |

Re: RAM upgrade resulting in crashing Maple Story
Someone recently had the same problem. Getting and running memtest helped them, so I suggest you do it. (The word memtest is a link to where you can get it).

Re: RAM upgrade resulting in crashing Maple Story
I've never used it before, but I'll go download it and give it a shot and see if I can help you.
EDIT: Apparently you need to burn it to a disk. I don't have one handy, so I can't tell you anything further, but I hope that helps. Last edited by MPod : 10-30-2007 at 03:38 PM. |
