Movies on Xbox Live Marketplace

I can't get access to the movies on Xbox Live Marketplace. It won't even show me a list of movies. I also can't access anything in the media and entertainment category.

Is this a one time thing as they update it often, also are you using a wireless or wired connection?

I have a similar problem to the original poster, although I am able to access the media pages.

My problem is that I don't get the full list of movies, films and TV shows. I only ever get 2 or 3 listings and these are "free" content such as previews or advertisements.

I recently upgraded to a 13 month Gold membership but had the same issue when I was on Silver. I also do have XBOX live points purchased on my system. I also have not yet registered my XBOX.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
