What would cause an online game to cause the computer to restart itself.
When you go to the site and start the download it gets about halfway through and all of a sudden the computer competely restarts automatically.
Tried IE, Firefox, udated Java, deleted temps and still the same issue. The system meets the requirements and then some.

Any clues

Sounds like maybe this isn't a game problem, but something else? I'll leave it to the people who know about online games to check first though.

did you try totaly getting writ of java and doing a fresh install ? maybe the java plugins for the browsers got messed up and might cause the restart.

i dont think the game will cause it, its something on the backend side.
