IE7 interfiors with Age of Mythology?(moved from IE forum)

yes i'm playing a game called Age of Mythology Titans (expansion) and whenever i log on it says " Could not connet to stats sever" so say if my stats are 10 wins and 9 loses and i go into a game win, then my stats will still be 10 wins 9 loses. And lost of people on the game have said that IE7 has interfered with the stats sever, is this true? And is there a way to fix it WITHOUT unistalling IE7?
