TSF is all about members helping members. All members are encouraged to help out wherever they can, regardless of age or qualification or title. In addition to regular members, TSF also has many official support teams - including the Gaming Support Team. Members of these teams commit to being regularly active on TSF, volunteering their time and effort to help people day after day, and so are recognised for that. The Gaming Support Team is always looking for new team members, to ensure we provide the very best support we can.

We are currently seeking members with knowledge and experience in any of the following areas:

Installing, running, updating and playing PC games.
PC hardware, software and networking.
Setting up and managing internet and network servers.
Joining games over the internet or a network, including troubleshooting such as opening ports, etc.
Setting up and using consoles - PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP, XBox, XBox 360, SNES, Gamecube, Gameboy, N64, etc.
Creating and installing mods and maps.

What we look for in potential team members:

Quality advice.
Evidence of research (when appropriate).
Regular posting (replying to threads).
Regular activity (being online).
Well-written posts.
Polite, professional, pleasant attitude.
Continued support (staying with a thread until it's solved).
Eagerness to learn.
