Help with Rise of Nations

I am trying to download mods onto Rise Of Nations T&P. I do not have gold version, but, It will not allow me to download them for some reason... Please help. (I posted too early)... Any help is appreciated!

Hello and welcome to TSF.

What do you mean it won't allow you to download it? Are you receiving and error message? If so, please tell us what it is. You should try running the program as administrator.

Sorry. Im really bad at explaining things through text.

The Mods themselves will not load after I install them and place them in the mods folder (the fux?)

Are you sure the mods are compatible with your current version of the game?
