Starcraft Map Help!

Hey having trouble with a map i'm currently making, i'm trying to make larger,wider ramps like this Bigramp.jpg (ICC cup Destination)

I've tried looking at Destination to see how it was done... didn't help in the slightest :P

Is this the original editor or an unofficial editor?

From the pic it looks like the official editor Zealex.

Um, i used to make maps for several years but its been awhile since ive been in the editor.

Did you find the ramp at least?

You have to design cliffs in a way so the ramps can be compatible to fit on it.

Like in the picture.

Those ramps that he is trying to make will require an advanced editor, The starcraft default editor is very limited in what it can do. The advanced editors have less boundaries and are capable of doing more such as "stacking" buildings on top of each other, place buildings on water and making making box shaped islands.

errmmm.. well i looked for an advanced editor, and found StarCraft X-tra Editor. When i load it i get options as to which mode i would like to choose (classic,P12,Base,Alternative and speical modes.) I have no idea what all these mean :P and even when i click clasic or any other mode it doesn't load anything up D:

Ah I should have recommended a name! Scmdraft 2, I use to play around with starcraft x-tra editor, it really isn't different from the original expect the choice of 255 colors.

Special Mode means you can stack things, but it can be buggy but i normally use alternative mode or special mode only.
