Runescape help

Sorry for posting in the wrong forum incase I am, but does anyone know how I can get good strength xp in Runescape? I want to level up alot for a level like me.

No this is the right forum. The best place to XP grind depends on your current melee stats. What are they?

When you can, train on lesser demons on that island. I forgot the name.... Last time I played runescape was in the 6th grade. I'd upgrade fishing and cooking so you can get lobbies to help you.

Non-Members would be Hill Giants at a lower level, then move onto Lesser Demons on Karamja. Members, there are plenty of places to get xp. Use the Runescape forums to help you too.
