MechWarrior 5 Legal Trouble

Nearly a couple of months old now, but nothing further has been said that I can find. I hope this doesn't cause the project to crash and burn.

The Warhammer from the MechWarrior universe is on the left. On the right is the Destroid Tomahawk from the Macross universe. The Warhammer featured heavily in the trailer for the new MechWarrior game.

I honestly can't see a court going along with this. Yes they both look a lot like eachother. But seriously... Good luck proving that it caused damage to the Macross image/revenue. I seriously can't imagine why they would even bother. They're just greedy moneyhogging idiots IMHO.

If there was such a problem, why has the issue arisen now? GamesWorkshop has been manufacturing the models for Battletech and Mechwarrior for decades.
