i am not able to open .ELF file in XP professional.

hi friends,
I have playstation2 player. recently i bought 250gb hard disk to play video games .They have upload some games and installed some applications in CD to play Games in Playstation. what they are done is all are old games. i want to upload some more interesting games which i have in dvd. the problem is, i couldn't open ps2media.elf files in that particular CD what they are given to me. I just want to open & edit that ELF file extension files in Windows XP Professional.
plz let me know the solution to solve this issue.

are you trying to use a PS2 emulator on the PC?
