I can't download games from Steam, can't play online using Steam (because the internet is slow and have very limited bandwidth) I hate my connection

Gameplay Video.
Wait a few seconds after the video has ended to watch the next gameplay video (it's broken up).

Love the incendiary ammo. This seems like it would be more suited to an expansion pack though. Don't know why they are releasing it as a full game. All it is is a few new maps, new weapons and a couple extra features (melee). The core gameplay is identical.

I agree. Really not impressed with what I have seen so far.
They haven't even fixed matchmaking yet - and the SDK is still in beta, there are a ton of 'glitches', yet somehow they are releasing a sequel in ~5 months.

This is one game i wont get around to buying for a while. They can still make alot of improvements on L4D. To be honest they are rushing it here just for the money.

If L4D is released on time, remember, this is vavle we're talking about It should be about 11 months after L4D was released.

I do wish this was an expansion pack too. The one weapon I'm really liking is the Axe. One swing and whatever zombies gets hit by it, instant leg maiming or heads popping off.

The levels look bigger, I dunno if I'll care if its an expansion pack or not. I love L4d, so I'm getting it no matter what.

This time the game is supposed to take place in New Orleans. I feel that perhaps they should have released expansion packs but then you end up with not enough material for a second full game and the type of gameplay can't really change too much. People are so used to the way it is not that by changing it to a different format would throw people off. All I really wanted was a few new maps every once in a while to freshen things up but what I really wanted was better weapons...not too fancy because you need to keep it realistic...no mini guns or .50 cal cannons or anything like that but just slight improvements to keep the veteran players around but still attract the newbies. I always thought the game could have used a knife to start off with like Resident Evil style and then have other better weapons around within a few minutes of eachother and even a pack to carry around for one character...someone to be a little mobile armoury. Machete's, Chainsaw's, an Axe, Baseball Bat, Even a Cricket Bat to spice it up a bit. More Realistic choices for weapons of damage.

This would be called milking... Valve is simply milking us for $50 for some addons to a game.

Personally, I liked L4D but it got boring once you play all the 10 year olds screaming at you. I could never find a decent, quiet, mature game since the very first week of launch. After about a month I lost all interest in the game, between the young kids yelling and the repetitive gameplay.
