Will my laptop run GTA IV ?

would it be able to run GTA IV on medium ? Can you run it says i have all the recommended except my CPU is 400MHz under recommended, will this impact the game much ?

Laptop stats:

HP-dv6-1128tx
•PROCESSOR -Core™2 Duo Processor T6400* (2.0GHz, 2MB L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB)
•MEMORY - 3GB DDR2
•GRAPHICS - ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4530 with 512MB GDDR3 graphics

"can you run it" is an OK site
but the best site for gaming test is this:

GameOMeter

click this link :
http://www.yougamers.com/gameometer/10296/

it'll take you directly to the GTA IV test page
press "Can you play it?" and the site will analyse your PC to see if the game can run on your PC

also it'll give you two minimum requirements :
the publisher's and the GameOMeter suggested minimum requirements

PS: I run the game on a Dual Core E2200 2.2 Ghz, so your CPU should do fine
but run the test to check

Start with the lowest graphics and work your way up. even with the new patches its still a big resource hogging game.

yes, it really is
I didn't get GTA IV until I got another 1 Gig RAM, and still the game froze on me two times, and had to close it (the PC did not freeze :P)

Just to offer a comparison, my computer can run GTA IV at the very lowest settings (except traffic density, which I set at 100 and still isn't high enough!!) at 800x600 resolution (still pretty damn awesome) at around 40fps. I think it's my video card that's slowing it down, but since you have a newer and somewhat better one, you should be fine.
