Internet cafe quality

If you would ask me for some expectations about internet cafe, here are my expectations:

1. Lots of popular LAN and online games (updated)
2. High speed internet connection
3. Good quality CPU's, computer designed tables and chairs
4. Active and friendly customer support
5. Clean and organized surroundings concerning to health
6. Airconditioned and generator applied in case of no electricity
7. Cheap rates per hour
8. Foods and drinks area must be at present for valuable customers

What could be yours? Are there any expectations much better than mine?

I would say ditto to everything on your list plus a couple extras:

1. Being able to, for instance, log in to my steam account. Safely. Without anyone stealing my info.
2. Have some sort of rule that you can't just lurk over peoples shoulder while they play. That's just annoying.
3. Mandatory headsets.
4. Bathrooms with multiple urinals. (so i don't have to wait)

That's all I can think of right now. I've never been to one, so I have no clue what they are actually like.

Pretty much the same except the food and drinks, as I'd just bring my own if they would let me. But definatley washrooms, and good computers.

There is one near me that will allow you to install any game you have at home, just bring it in, let them know what computer you are installing the game too, show them the virus scan you do after, and voila! Also, they have cheap cheap rates, $2.00 for an hour.
