In your opinion what are some of the best Video Game OSTs?

Here's a few of my favorites:
Final Fantasy VII
Chrono Trigger
Xenogears
Donkey Kong 1, 2, & 3
Mystical Ninjas
Zero Wing (lolz)

Hmm. Hard to pick.
*Fallout 3 - The music just fits so well with the game.
*Half Life 2: EP2 - Some decent songs toward the end.
*Morrowind - Pretty much the Main title theme.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

The Witcher, one of my very best game music
Deus EX 1 and 2 (Main Menu music)
Need for Speed U2, most wanted and carbon
Red Alert 2 and 3

I think its worth mentioning that one man going by the name "ZUN" makes all these game music included all by him self^^

Yeah, I've made a couple songs that are techno-y. It's fun. Not as good as his though.

Bands that I actually listen too that are in some of these games: Pendulum and Judas Priest.

Here is another question, how many games do you know have bands make exclusive music[for the game]? I know Gran Tourismo 3 had Snoop Dogg make a song for it and Saliva made the Spyhunter music.

The new music for Left 4 Dead (survival game) is very creepy suit the mood of impending doom very well

I was playing Assassin's Creed at my friends house and Like music where Imurder everything in the game, I've stopped running away, I just play king of the castle and throw people off tal buildings or just kill everything in the streets and the music suits it well.

Hitman Blood Money - very nice orchestra music
GTA 4 - amazing radio stations
Chrono Trigger - c'mon how could that not be put in here
Super Mario! - classic
Mass Effect
Company Of Heroes
