problem with gta 4 (job completion)!!1

hi i m facing a very strange n rare problem in one of vlad's jobs...his 3rd job in which niko is goin to steal a silver car...he went to the location by train..then steal the car..after stealing the car niko shud call vlad to inform about the success but in my case its not happening...niko isnt callin vlad...now i reach my destination point but there is no yellow marker n garage in parkin lot is still closed...i hav chk some guides with videos showin the way how to complete this job...i m doin the same but niko isnt callin vlad..wht is this..is there any bug?? chk the following guide link

frm this link clik on clean getaway under chapter one n do chk its video..rite after stealing car niko is callin vlad but in my case its not happening???
plz help me how to bypass this job if i cant complete it or is there any way to fix it??

Try manually calling Vlad yourself.
I have no idea why yours isn't working though, probably just a glitch. Do you have an earlier save you can go back to?

i tried to call vlad manually but in this case he isnt replying to call...answer machine :(
no i dn hav any earlier save...anyone here hav save games for gta4 not 100 percent completed...below 25 percent save game wud b ideal for me...anyone??

^i m using vista..i cant find my older save games in this location..there is a gta 1v folder but only 3 more folders inside which r benchmarks, user videos and music......do i need to extract the save games in main folder of gta Iv (save game u giv me in rar format?) also there is no application data folder here is how i access my rockstar folder
c:\users\user\user name\documents\rockstar games

ok application data folder was hidden...i got it now..replaced ur save game with mine but.....its not loading.......an error appears "loading failed...chk ur harddisk and try again" and a new game starts...even i manually tried to laod this game but again same error msg...now??

did you ever try reinstalling the game?

uninstall the game with Revouninstaller
http://www.revouninstaller.com/

and then re install the game normally
it might just be a corrupt file

ok i hav searched abt the save game error n many users r having this save game loading problem...it actually needs 2 files
one frm save games folder which u already giv me
and other file i need is
C:\users\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\xLive\
make a copy of xlive folder and plz snd it to me
