Im "Ideal" with a BMI of 23.45. But i could start to do exercise more as im 20 with a fitness level of a 33 year old... LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

It told me my BMI is 18.99, I'm normal, blah blah blah. But, it said my weight was 119 or something- fine, when I normally stand on a scale it says more like 129, but ok, I'm not complaining.
The problem, though, is that after about an hour of exercise, I did the body test again, just to see how accurate it was. It said I lost 8.5 pounds in one day, and that it was worried about me losing weight so fast. Can someone help me with this- why would it not be able to weigh me correctly? There's no way anyone can lose that much weight in one day. |
