Cellus, nope, zeal requires a very rich account to do any damage in hell. If a person has good runewords, and lots of 30%+ ed jewels, then they own :)

Here's a classic cookie cutter build that is arguably the best build in the game, (for anything except PvP)

The Hammerdin

Stats
Str: 20, or enough to wear Light wieght caster gear
Dex: 0, unless planning to wear Wizard Spike
Vitality: ALL Points Possible
Energy: 0

Skills
Naturally, you max your Hammers and associated skills. The Concentration aura is not listed as a bonusing skill, but it is the aura you wear while hammering.

If you save up skill points in the beginning of the game, you can own lvl 26-70 easier. Use the saved skills to max Hammers and Concentration aura First. then max Blessed Aim, and Vigor.

(the few extra skills points you get near upper levels should be used in holy shield.)
