Watch live tv on the 360?

I have a dreambox with a ethernet cable port on the back if i plug a ethernet cable init and connect it into my wireless router will i be able to watch live tv on my 360?And if i can how do i do it it also go to this link and see if you can help there on what i need help on i think unchangeably hotmail account on xbox live need help bad plz

I also have wintv on my comp can i use that?
