Games Demos

just had a new PC built and I only have old games so nothing to test my new graphics card.

Can you recommend a demo (or demo's) (and the best place to download demo's from)

I like Halo, far Cry, Call of Duty, FEAR, & need for speed (tried Race 07 but I prefer arcade style racers.)

any recommendations welcome!!

here is lost planet dx10 version you will be able to test the direct-x 10 capabilities of your card.

Be warned, the Lost Planet demo can be really straining on even the most stalwart of gaming machines, so take any performance loss with a grain of salt.

Lost planet failed - missing Dll's - Some Xbox controller DLL I think.

The Capcop suggestion of downloading the file and putting it in the windows/system file didn't work.

I get a pretty good download rate from there and all the lastest demos.
