i downloaded and setup GMOD 9.4.1..

i think it said it was suppsoed 2 be in Steam, but it's not...

i restarted and still not there..

whats goin on?

i dont know if anyone else has had this problem but i downloaded the gmod 9.4 client and i tried to join servers but it says my version is 9.0

Joining a server in Gmod9 won't work anymore. This is because all the servers run Gmod10. Valve made 9 obsolete so people would need to buy 10 in order to play online. Its only $9.99 not much really is it.

I think GMod10 is also designed to work with the most recent SOURCE build.

Hm true, Garrys Mod 10 now uses the Orange Box engine (2008) but it will revert back to the old Source 2007 engine if the orange box engine is not installed. This now enables users/coders to create their very own particle effects using "lua" or the particle editor, Proper motion blur, higher polygon models (I think over 75,000), Plus the ability to have more than 2,500 props/models rendered in a single frame... (FORTWARSSS)
