Should Nintendo Wii come with a warning?

What do you get when a boyfriend gows out drinking and comes home to try and help his girlfriend fight a Zelda boss? You get a black eye. After the boyfriend got whipped by the boss, she wanted the controller back. so she came from the side, but the boyfriend did not see her coming. When he performed a slashing motion. Boom! He hit her in the right eye. All the trouble the boyfriend got into was that she has first dibs on the Wii. Yup that was all.

mm no shouldnt come with a warning thats own stupidity ... or an accident but not on nintendos side.

then a bottle or baseball bat would have to come with a warning too stating

"WARNING: could accidently be lodged out of hand for some reason or swung in a way not inted might cause facial damage and serious injury."

If you are swinging the controller hard enough to lose your grip and break the (admittedly pitiful) string, what do you expect?

Cars should also come with warnings...

Warning: Improper use may lead to accidental death of passengers, pedestrians, passengers and operators of other vehicles, animals, damage or destruction of roadway installations, accidental fires if parked in grassy areas, oil leaks, fume leaks, and accidental asphixiation.

I don't have a Wii (Stupid Nintendo deciding to become popular all of a sudden. ) But I have heard that the Wii comes with extensive warnings. Some of these have to be fake, or at least exaggerated. I've read a lot on Wiihaveaproblem.com, some are plausible, but I can't believe that it is that easy to fling your Wii-mote across the room, break a hole in a window, and fly across your yard.
Now, your seven year old by standing too close to the TV and swinging the Wii-mote into it during Wii Bowling, that I can believe.

Wow, unlucky...

There have been quite a few injuries with that, I bet they will go OTT and ban them...

I already find the seizure warning on every DS startup to be overkill, do I want to even know how many warnings come with the Wii?

Actually, it's not that bad! I just wish that the seizure warnings and stuff would go away on their own. I like to power on my systems, walk off to grab snacks, and come back to a save load screen.
