you buy the adapter and then hook it up. It attaches to the back of the PS3 and allows you to hook an ethernet cable up to it.


Are you buying it online? Because you could just ask the guy at the store when you get there and he'll show you where it is.

no i do have it since a few years and my kids want to connect it to the internet. i am asking about what is the part that i will be mising it to connect it to the internet. and what i have it is not the slim one

u are missing the online adapter for the ps2. they went down in price so it shouldnt be that much money. after u screwed it to the back of the ps2, u have to hook and ethernet cable up to it and then u can go online

The network adapter for the larger PS2 is a device you buy separately.

This is how I got a network adapter for my brother's PS2. Another alternative would be this which is just the network adapter itself.
