Help, How do I reset parental control code on x-box?

My ll year old set the code and now cannot remember it? How do I reset it? There has got to be a way. I just rented games for the holiday vacation and feel as if I have wasted a lot of money.

Hi darellas, welcome to the forum.

From what i can see the only way to reset the code is to mod the Xbox and then run a program caled 'Slayer' which resets the Hard drive.

Or you could simply call the Microsoft technical support and ask them for the Universal unlock code.
Xbox isn't my specialty but unless someone else here on the forum has found out the code themselves then calling MS would probably be a bit faster and give you more time to play those games you rented!

Geekgirl answered an issue like this before. The fix was found on Microsoft's support site.
